So Containers are isolated as apartments are... They share the same resources of building as apartments would use the resources of the whole building in common as they don't need to setup their own resources of water and electricity
Tenants inside the apartment are applications, so basically tenants can talk with each other in a common space in a building keeping their apartments isolated
